Here's what you need to know:
-Payment of your stay will be required in advance to check in without any exception, includind the payment of the city tax; City tax is compulsory and is of 5,50€ per person per night excluding minors under 14 yers of age.
-Breakfast: from April till October is served in our breakfast room from 8:30 to 10:00 AM, it is necessary to reserve it, if it is not included in your offer,otherwise we can not guarantee the service. In low season it is included a voucer to consume breakfast at a bakery, Jhon Bruno,in Piazza Salvemini, from 7.00 AM. You can purchase the voucher at the reception or by going directly at the bakery and paying at the register.
-The reception is open every day from 8:30 to 12.30, afeter which employees are not in the workplace, and the self-check-in will be activated. The self check- in will grant you access at all times starting from 13.00 pm. To recive the personal Pin Code text us on whatsapp at +39 3474852643  or write us at info@casarovai.com and we will sand you your personal pin code the day befor the check-in date. 
-Check-in: we guarantee the room ready at 13, when possible we receive the guests in advance for free;
-Check-out: we request the key back Before and not later than 10:00AM at the reception, a penality of 15€ every 15 minutes of tardiness will be charged;
-Luggage deposit on arrival or departure is free, you need to collect the specific keys at reception;
-ATTENTION: we do not have a public bathroom, all the bathrooms  are private to evrey room;
-WI-FI free, the password available at the reception;
-Free purified water dispenser is located on the left before entering the reception area;
-Non-smoking rooms, the terrace is however available for those who want to smoke;
-Hour of silence: from 22:00 PM  to 10:00 AM we kindly ask you to be quiet and do not disturb the other guests of the b&b;
-Air conditioning (summer period) is manageable, at your discretion with the white remote control, to avoid unnecessary waste, we kindly ask you to turn it off every time you leave the room. Only a couple of  minutes are necessary for the air conditioner to reach the desired temperature. To put the right setting for the air conditioning, please go on mode and click the mode button until the image of the sun shows on the display of the remote. The use of air conditioning in the communal rooms is managed by our staff. 
-Heating (winter period) is centralized and programmed from a timed  chrono-thermostat that automatically regulates the temperature and the ignation time. Please note that energy saving regulations requires not  to exceed 20° C degrees.
-Welcome-kit (city map, list of churches and monuments to visit, tips on where to eat)
-Personal assistance for planning your city tours
-Booking of tickets and / or purchase (museums, shows, train and bus)
-Restaurant reservations, tour reservations and guided tours
-booking of activities for families in Florentine museums
-booking of trips out of town, in the countryside and farms
