We are a tourist apartment building in the heart of the Albaicín district, recently built and inaugurated in 2025. We have studios, 1 bedroom flats and 2 bedroom flats. Our location, in one of the main streets of this mythical neighbourhood of Granada, is perfect to enjoy the essence and the bohemian atmosphere of the Albaicín.

We have an agreement with a car park 3 minutes walk from the flats, for a price of 12€ per day, which is also located at the entrance of the neighbourhood, so it is not necessary to enter the pedestrian area. Next to the flats there is a supermarket and a bus stop to get to the centre or to the Alhambra.
