The sweet sound of the sea, the scent of the beach below the house and the pleasure of a welcoming structure, just 50 minutes from Rome.The residence in Anzio, Elianto, is located in a stretch of coast between the Tor Caldara reserve and Capo d'Anzio, in a quiet area, 1000 meters from the Villa Claudia station. It has 16 apartments, all on the sea, with or without kitchenette, of different sizes, each with two, three, four and five beds.
The residence in Anzio, Elianto, was inaugurated in 2001. The owner, Enzo De Angelis, already residing with his wife Rossana in the area where the seaside residence stands today, has decided to found an accommodation facility with the aim of give others the pleasure of a pleasant position on the sea and waking up in front of a splendid panorama. Elianto or, better, "Elianthus" is none other than the scientific name of the flower which, more commonly, we call "Sunflower". The decision to name the residence in Anzio in this way was born from the passion for flora in general on the part of the owners of this complex of holiday homes by the sea.From the apartments of the Elianto residence it is possible to access the beach using the stairs or the lift. The latter, recently installed, designed specifically for disabled tourists.
