"Il Nido" is the studio flat on the third floor. It is very cosy and features a beautiful panoramic view of the town. It consists of a well equipped kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

The first floor residential unit is actually on two floors: the first floor and the attic. The latter features up to 6 beds, a cot and a changing unit. It is also possible to add a children’s bed (upon request). The first floor features a kitchen-living room with a balcony, a utility room, a bathroom with shower, a big double bedroom which also contains a double sofa bed featuring an additional pull-out bed. You can access the cosy attic by the fine solid oak staircase. The garret is completely made of brushed and chiselled larch and the two dormers offer a panoramic view over the castle of Polcenigo and the surrounding hills. The wide living area faces Brolo Park. The attic also features a chill-out corner, a double bedroom with walk-in closet and a bathroom with exposed wooden beams.
