Palazzo Principe Umberto is located in the heart of the historic center of Martina Franca and is composed of 2 separate apartments with shared main access.

You can choose between two types of rooms:

1. The apartment on the first floor is ideal for a small family or a couple. The apartment consists of a private entrance, equipped kitchen with island, bedroom and sofa bed, private bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven and much more. The apartment also has a small balcony overlooking a main street in the historic center. The apartment has a heating and cooling system, free wi-fi and towels for all guests.

2. The apartment on the second floor is ideal for a small family or two couples. The apartment consists of a private entrance, two double bedrooms, living room, private bathroom, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. The apartment also has a private terrace with outdoor furniture and jacuzzi. The apartment has a heating and cooling system, free wi-fi and towels for all guests.

The property is in an area not accessible by car, but only pedestrian (near car parks).
