Villa Sounine is a magical place of authenticity, meeting, and sharing: we welcome guests from all over the world into our home by the sea, which sits nestled on the side of a big beautiful hill facing the calm waves of the Mediterranean, offering a spectacular view of the big blue. Our guest house has 4 rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. You can either choose between a more independent accommodation in our small villa (the bungalow), or enjoy all the comfort of our two rooms, including an ample and entirely homemade breakfast.

How To Get Here…
In general, having a car facilitates most travel in Tunisia, especially outside major cities, but it is not a requirement.
If you arrive from the airport, we can arrange for your transfer to Villa Sounine (which is generally preferable after a tiring trip).
Public transport, mainly by "louage" (collective taxi) is very inexpensive, but also restrictive, and rather suitable for those who want a total immersion experience in the local culture.
Once Arrived, How Do You Get From Place to Place…
At the Villa, you can use the local taxis for your transportation around the area. If you mainly want to rest, this may be an appropriate solution and the most viable.
If, on the other hand, you plan to do a lot of walks and excursions throughout the region, it's better to opt for a car, which will make your life much easier and will be cheaper in the end!
Directions from Tunis to Villa Sounine
From the airport, follow the direction to Bizerte and take the highway. Leave it at the first exit (Utique). Follow the indications to Ras-Jebal. At the first roundabout you’ll take on the left side, then, after a few km, you’ll turn on the right side, still following the indications to Ras-Jebal. The road goes straight, crosses several villages and the highway, and takes you to another roundabout. There you go straight to Aousja. After Aousja, the road turns a lot, gets up and down, and bring you to the last roundabout. There you take on the right (Raf-Raf/Sounine), and after 700 m, the road on your left (Sounine is indicated). Go ahead, until you come to the village, and then continue on the same road to cross all the village, to go down to the sea (there is a road at the right hand side that goes up to Raf-Raf, don’t take it!). When the sea is in front of you, take the little road on the right and go ahead for 800 m, it’s the very last house you can see on the hill... You will find a small road that goes up on your right, which leads you to the house and the parking space. All the entrance area is build with natural stones, so you will easily recognize it.
Perfect for those looking for independence, coming with family or wishing to stay a little longer, our small villa has its own outdoor area (garden, 2 terraces) and is fully equipped to accommodate 4 people (two double rooms). Although independent of the main house, we ensure that there is always someone nearby attending to your needs if required. For our small villa, the minimum stay varies according to the season. Breakfast can be requested at an additional cost.

The Room “Nour” with its breath-taking view is an invitation to relax and recreate while contemplating the sea and the infinite horizon from the comfort of your bed. Spacious and serene, it is extended by a nice terrace that will delight those who like to spend the evening under the stars. A small integrated bathroom completes the set.
In the morning, we offer you our delightful gourmet breakfast. For other meals, the outdoor kitchen and barbecue are at your disposal to prepare your own meals.

Offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape, you can observe the sea and the stars from your bed in this little cocoon of comfort and tranquility. Petit logement de charme pour une ou deux personnes, conçu particulièrement pour tous ceux qui souhaitent prendre du temps pour se consacrer à un projet, ou juste pour se reposer et se reconnecter à la nature. Le prix est spécialement étudié pour les séjours plus longs, avec 25-50 % de remise en fonction de la durée. Littéralement adossé à la colline, le studio est en peu en retrait, offrant beaucoup de calme. Il est équipé d’une petite cuisine et d’une grande table de travail. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas compris dans le prix, mais peut être demandé en supplément.
