The Villa Resort is a villa located a few kilometers from the center of Martina Franca and is composed of 2 residential units. The structure can be available to an entire family or two different groups of guests, depending on the period and availability. In the case of different groups, the structure will have some shared areas, including parking, garden, swimming pool, outdoor shower and bathroom, relaxation area and barbecue area.

The first unit of the villa has a private outdoor area with table and chairs and a small part of the garden, from here you can access the inside of the property with two independent entrances. The first entrance is in the living area, a room with a sofa or sofa bed (depending on your needs) and a reading and relaxation area, thanks also to the library made available and the smart TV.

The second entrance is in the dining area, with a table and chairs that can seat 8 people. From here you can easily access the kitchen, with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge, microwave and much more. Here you can think about preparing delicious typical dishes of the area and tasting them with your family and/or friends.

Continuing, you will find yourself in the sleeping area, with two bedrooms, with a double bed and a single bed for each and two bathrooms with shower, one with chromotherapy.

The bedrooms will also be equipped with the air conditioning or heating system depending on the period and a smart TV. Throughout the internal structure you will have free wifi.

This area of ​​the villa is approximately 140m² and has a maximum capacity of 8 beds.

The second unit, independent from the first, will also have a small outdoor area with table and chairs and entering the structure you will find yourself in an open space room with a double bed and a living area with kitchenette and dining room. The kitchen will have a mini fridge, an induction hob and a coffee machine. Next to the double bed you will of course also have a private bathroom with shower. The bedroom will also be equipped with the air conditioning or heating system depending on the period and a smart TV. Throughout the internal structure you will have free wifi.

This area of ​​the villa is approximately 30m² and has a maximum capacity of 2 beds.

The external area includes free parking inside the property with a maximum capacity of 3 cars for both housing units. Available to all guests there will be a garden, an orchard, a terrace and a relaxation area, where you can read or relax with your family and friends. The 8x4m swimming pool is 1.5 meters high and in this area you will have sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor showers and a service bathroom. Finally, a barbecue area, where you can roast your favorite Apulian foods and taste them with your group in a dedicated area.
