L'appartamento Mansarda Giulietti, in collaborazione con l'Hotel Assisivm Antica Dimora, è un'accogliente residenza situata al secondo piano di una palazzina familiare, con un comodo posto auto privato.


Con una superficie di 70 metri quadri, la mansarda presenta una cucina completamente attrezzata, un ampio salone con zona pranzo e un grazioso terrazzino per momenti di relax all'aperto. Le due camere da letto sono entrambe matrimoniali, mentre il bagno finestrato è dotato di vasca da bagno e boiler per l'acqua calda. Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di aria condizionata/pompa di calore per garantire il massimo comfort agli ospiti.

Sono forniti set di cortesia iniziali, biancheria da letto e asciugamani, inclusa pulizia finale, la cucina è attrezzata ma non include generi alimentari.

La mansarda si trova nella periferia di Assisi, nella suggestiva frazione di Castelnuovo d'Assisi, risalente al 1056, a soli 500 metri dalla maestosa fortezza del luogo.

Nei dintorni, a 300 metri di distanza, si trovano due bar (uno tabacchi), un ristorante-pizzeria e un minimarket, mentre a 500 metri si trova un panificio/bar e un altro ristorante.
