Trastevere is one of the best places in the Eternal City to spend your evenings, as it offers a diversity of cafés and restaurants, scattered throughout the picturesque cobble stone streets. The name of district comes from Latin: trans Tiberis, over the river Tiber. The river bends and in between is this nice district. It used to be the working class area: Romans used to cross the river to go and work in the city now it is the district “alla moda”.

The apartment is also well connected to the city airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) and to the main train stations in Rome. With a few steps you can cross the river on “Ponte Fabricio” the oldest remaining bridge of Rome (62 bC !) and get to Jewish Ghetto and Largo Argentina, in the heart of the historical centre of the Eternal City.

Accessible Room is a large 17 square metre (184 Sq.Ft.) double room with secondary direct access from the street with abatement tools of architectural barriers, also, but not exclusively, suitable for people with wheelchairs. It has 2 single beds cm. 80 X 200 joinable on request in a double bed (160X200) and a murphy bed with extra comfortable mattress cm 90 X 200. The private en-suite bathroom with shower has sanitary facilities and equipment also suitable for our guests traveling on wheelchair.
