Some located on the first floor, others on the ground floor, we offer a comfortable solution for your stay in La Spezia and an excellent reference point for your visit to Le Cinque Terre. With the free late check-in you'll be able to access at any time! In each room it is also possible (request at least one day before your arrival is necessary) to customize the accommodation with two single beds or add a baby cot, or an extra bed.

For a very special stay: our Portofino Suite. Bright, spacious, comfortable, modern. Inside you'll find: smart-tv, WiFi connection, safe, air conditioning, minibar. Our only room with balcony, fireplace and private sauna inside the room. The suite is located on the first floor. Parquet floors, windows with blackout curtains. In the room you will find your coffee machine with a supply of courtesy capsules and the boiler function for tea and herbal teas. A baby cot can be added to the suite upon request at least one day before your arrival. With our late check-in and videoinstructions you'll be able to access at any time. By choosing this accommodation, you will find a small gift on arrival.

This solution offers a comfortable and comfortable stay in our largest room, the Portovenere. With private bathroom, air conditioning, minibar, safe, wardrobe, table and chairs. In the room you will find your coffee machine with a supply of courtesy capsules and the boiler function for tea and herbal teas. It is located on the ground floor with private entrance and it's available as a spacious room for two if equipped with a double bed, or comfortable quadruple room for family holidays if equipped with two double beds. On request at least one day before your arrival you can also add an extra bed or a baby cot. Perfect also for a company of friends traveling!
