The studio is located in a renovated house dating from 1880 located in the lively center of Blankenberge, 200 meters from the beach, 300 meters from the market and 500 meters from Blankenberge station. The house has been converted with the utmost care into holiday homes with an E-level 70. The triple glazing makes the studio quiet, even in the busy summer season.
The studio is located on the first floor and has an area of 45 m². Once inside the hall is the luxuriously furnished bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the left. To the right of the hall you enter the living room with open kitchen and sleeping area. The kitchen is equipped with every luxury, including hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
In the living room there is a round table with 4 chairs, a seat that also serves as a sofa bed and in the sleeping corner a double box spring and a built-in wardrobe. There is also a smart television and free WiFi.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 200 euros is collected in cash (also possible by bank card). When leaving the house without detected damage or missing inventory, the deposit will be refunded in full. Otherwise, the corresponding costs will be deducted. If smoking occurs, the deposit will be withheld in its entirety.
