Lovely two-room apartment on two levels of about 40sqm located on the first and second floor of a small period building. A hundred meters from the central Via S.Anselmo, along the east side of the monumental area of the Roman Theatre of Aosta, the small building is surrounded by greenery in a very quiet context within the restricted traffic area. 

The apartment facing North and East is composed as follows:

- entrance on living area with open kitchen, window on private park and balcony on quiet street. Equipped with comfortable high dining table with 4 stools, kitchen equipped with gas hob, microwave and refrigerator, 32 inch smart-tv with access (with personal subscription) to major streaming applications (netflix, prime, nowtv etc.) and sofa bed for 2 people. The comfortable sofa bed has a removable fabric cover and is equipped with sturdy slatted frame and 14cm mattress, it opens and closes in a moment.

- A comfortable internal flight of stairs leads to the bedroom on the upper floor. The bedroom has a window overlooking a private park and the en suite bathroom. The bed of standard size 160x200 is equipped with mattress and memory foam pillows for maximum comfort of guests. The bathroom with balcony is equipped with a large shower box 70x120 in tempered glass with sliding opening, towel rail, toilet and hairdryer inside the convenient chest of drawers.

The apartment is equipped with central heating (not autonomous) but with internal thermostat for a personalized regulation.
