Located on the heights of Grand-Bourg, in a very quiet subdivision on the heights of Basses, nestled in the heart of a tropical garden of more than 2000 m2, this entirely Creole hut renovated overlooks the ocean and offers an exceptional view of Dominica. You will have three air-conditioned bedrooms with sea view, with king-size beds equipped with luxurious and comfortable bedding and linens, with mosquito nets, closets and private bathrooms, as well as a private bathroom. a room specially designed for children with its four beds which will be open if you book the accommodation for 10 people. An additional toilet is also available in the accommodation. You can enjoy your sweet Caribbean evenings in the large living room with the latest generation television (CanalSat, DVD, Marshall speaker, etc.) For your meals, a very well equipped kitchen is available. at your disposal: American fridge, Nespresso, 4-burner gas cooker, microwave, oven, toaster… Outside, a very nice equipped outdoor tower kitchen, with fridge, charcoal barbecue & gas, plancha and sink is really very valuable. You can enjoy a large gallery with sofas, dining area, hammock, a very beautiful beach area with 3 benches / beds at the edge of the 5 m by 12 m stone swimming pool, treated with salt and heated, overlooking the tropical garden and the swimming pool, with a magnificent view of the turquoise waters of the Basses lagoon! An alarm and video surveillance cameras will be activated on request, the gardener and the swimming pool specialist will come every week, a change of linen and a cleaning per week will be offered to you in order to offer you the most possible comfort. The owners are delighted to offer you a fruit basket for your arrival, not to mention the essential welcome Ti Punch. Parties and evenings are not allowed, but you can receive your friends for a dinner with respect for the neighbours.
