The Locanda Veneta di Vicenza is managed by Chemello and Sartori, two renowned restaurant families from Vicenza, with experience in the sector gained in three generations for over 50 years.
In 2016, more than two years after leaving the previous management, the Locanda Veneta reopens its rooms and its summer garden to lovers of typical Venetian cuisine.
Simplicity and tradition will characterize the proposed menu that will pay homage to the dishes of our region.
The name "Locanda" is not chosen at random: in fact, in addition to the restaurant service, the structure offers 12 modern living solutions between one and two rooms, for stays of one or more nights in Vicenza outside the chaos of the city centre but easily reachable from the motorway.
Surrounded by greenery, just outside the chaos of the city offers seasonal cuisine, rich in tradition and local excellence.
In addition to good food, here you can find mini apartments of different sizes for cultural and gastronomic weekends or for longer periods.
The strategic position (Vi-Ovest) allows you to reach, in 5 minutes, the Fair, the historical centre, the Del Din base, the Civil Hospital and the railway station to reach neighbouring towns such as Venice, Padua and Verona.
For those who decide to spend a few days in our apartments will have the opportunity to eat, and dine at a reduced price at the Locanda, where we will be happy to host you in the on our patio or in the garden.
And as tradition dictates on our table can not miss the Bacalà alla Vicentina, a symbol of our cuisine and prepared in a workmanlike manner by Luca, part of the Venerable Brotherhood of Bacalà alla Vicentina.
