Parking

A private parking space is not available, but in the immediate vicinity there is free parking (50 meters from the entrance towards the station) or various paid solutions (on the road in all directions starting from the roundabout)

Muscat è un luminoso appartamento con due camere da letto, soggiorno con cucina a vista e bagno con doccia posto al primo piano di una palazzina anni 70 nei pressi dell'estremità Sud della cinta muraria di Aosta a 100 metri da Porta Pretoria e di fronte alla Stazione/Bus Terminal di Aosta.

Zona Giorno

Il soggiorno ampio e con doppia finestra affaccia sul bus terminal (molto tranquillo) con ampia vista sulle mura romane e sulle montagne. Qui troverete un divano letto ad una piazza e mezza, TV, tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e Cucina completa a vista dotata di frigo grande, forno, fornelli a gas e microonde oltre ad un kit base di piatti, pentole, accessori vari e posate.

Camera

La camera da letto ha una finestra con affaccio sulla silenziosissima corte interna dello stabile, il comodo materasso memory foam poggia su di una solida struttura letto con cassetti ed è presente un armadio a doppia anta per riporre gli indumenti e un grande specchio a figura intera

La cameretta ha una porta finestra con accesso al balcone che affaccia sulla corte interna un letto-divano singolo che può trasformarsi in matrimoniale e un appendiabiti.

Bagno

Il bagno abbastanza ampio ha una finestrella, doccia, bidet e lavatrice.

Impianti e Intrattenimento

Il riscaldamento è centralizzato condominiale (accensione da metà ottobre a metà aprile) e l'acqua calda sanitaria con boiler da 80lt (in bagno). Il Wifi è Fibra Fastweb, la TV è una Smart TV con app Streaming (Netflix etc.. abbonamento non incluso)

A stone's throw from the Praetorian Doors, on the top floor of a typical two-storey building finely restored, Maison Petit Rouge has a large and bright living room with kitchenette, exposed beams and a balcony overlooking the Roman walls.

The bedroom is sober and comfortable, facing north on a quiet internal patio and enjoying the cool and shade ideal for a good rest (the latex foam mattress does the rest).

The bathroom offers a comfortable shower and bidet.

Nice two-room apartment on two levels of about 40sqm located on the second floor of a 3-storey building. The large north-facing window overlooks a quiet internal courtyard but overlooks the central Porta Praetoria. Access is on a clearing in via Vevey in a very quiet setting within the limited traffic area behind via S.Anselmo.

The apartment is composed as follows:

- the entrance is on a small service hallway which leads to the large and bright living area with open kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable "L" -shaped sofa bed and an extendable table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The TV is a 40-inch smart-TV with access (with personal subscription) to most streaming applications (netflix, prime, nowtv etc).

The modern and sober furniture, the central position with a view, the large table, the large screen and the WiFi-ADSL Flat connection make this apartment an interesting solution even for small meetings, presentations, smart-working and co-working.

- The attic bedroom communicates with the living area from which it indirectly takes a lot of natural light, but inside there is a Velux ceiling window from which you can directly admire the sky above Aosta. The standard size 160x200 bed is equipped with memory foam mattress and pillows for maximum guest comfort.

- the toilet, also attic, is divided into an anteroom with a large mirror and sink and a bathroom with a 75x75 shower cubicle, toilet and bidet. The hairdryer is provided in use positioned in the convenient storage cabinet under the sink.
