Consisting of a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with a city view, a large wardrobe, a desk, LED TV and a sofa. On the other side is the kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Below is the living room with a sofa that can be converted into a bed with a double mattress, a flat-screen TV, and is also connected to a beautiful private terrace with a table for four people. It also has a bathroom with a new shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, two-sized towels for each person. To complete the apartment at the entrance there is a corridor with coat racks.

Upon arrival you will find a bottle of cold water, two rolls of toilet paper and a bar of soap so you don't have to go to the supermarket right away. It has WiFi as well as an iron with ironing board.

The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets and nearby there are paid garages. The street, even being in the busiest center of the city, is very distinct and this makes the apartment ideal for those looking for tranquility and at the same time fun in their vacation.

The reservation for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and want the double bed and the double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
