Composed of an Open Space including a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable bed with double mattress and a LED TV. The other part of the space includes the dining area and the kitchen equipped with everything you need, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator and oven and microwave. It has a large bathroom with double doors and a new shower cabin, washing machine, hairdryer, towels of two sizes for each person. To complete the space there are three balconies overlooking the city.

Upon arrival you will find a pod of coffee per person for a tasting, a bottle of water, and two rolls of toilet paper to avoid having to go to the supermarket immediately.
The area is served by restaurants, clubs and supermarkets. The street despite being in the liveliest center of the city is very particular and this makes the apartment ideal for those seeking tranquility and fun at the same time.

The booking for two people is intended as a double bed, if you are two people and you want a double bed and a double sofa bed you must book for 3 people.
