Thank you for choosing Hostel Urban Sevilla for your next stay.

There is necessary information that you will receive on the day of arrival from 2:00 pm to the mobile number that you left as a contact in your reservation, through whatsapp or if you don´t have it through Booking.

Make sure the NUMBER IS CORRECT and you have battery in the mobile phone.
When you arrive you can provisionally use this connection:

Before 2:00 pm we remain closed for arrivals because we are cleaning. We don´t have luggage room for check ins and check outs. Read at the end of the text the options you have near the Hostel.

For security reasons, the entrance door is always closed. When you arrive at the establishment, read the instructions received. If you have any questions, don´t hesitate to contact us.

Guest service by phone or WhatsApp at: +34 652 08 42 36 from 10:00 am to midnight.

We don´t have a laundry service, read at the end of the text the options you have near the Hostel.

Supermarket: there is a Carrefour Express behind the Hostel (open every day from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm).

Wifi: inside the room there is a magazine rack on the wall with the WIFI password of the room.

We DON´T have a kitchen. We have office with fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler and tableware. It´s on the 3rd floor, is free of charge. Just clean up after yourself, as well as the cutlery you might use. If you leave something inside the fridge, please write your name and room number on it.

No visitors allowed. Only registered and identified guests are allowed to enter.

We do not accept bicycles.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties or events are not allowed.

You can only smoke on the roof terrace, on the 3rd floor.

The check-out time is before 12:00 midday. Remember to turn in your room keys when you check out. Lock the room and please leave the keys in the mailbox on the ground floor, it´s on the brown entrance door.

There are surveillance and recording devices in the common areas of the property.
