The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Children accepted from 6 years old. This cozy 190 m2 villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms, 1 bathroom and a service toilet. As you enter the house on the left, there is a fully equipped kitchen which has all the necessary appliances such as oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses. On the right there is a large living / dining room with furniture, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. Satellite HD LCD TV system. Downstairs there are two superior bedrooms: one with a double bed (which can be split into two single beds) with a bathroom shared with the other consisting of two single beds. Going up the stairs you reach the first floor which houses two double suites with en-suite bathroom and private terrace of 30m2. All rooms are equipped with quality mattresses that guarantee maximum comfort, safe and WIFI connection. The large outdoor area of Villa Agave is spread over a land of 3000m2 with native plants and trees and a swimming pool with a wonderful view, 50m2 wide, with salt purification and depth of 100cm-150cm. Next to the private swimming pool there is a dining area with table and benches while around there is the sun terrace with sun beds, well positioned umbrellas that allows you to relax at any time of the day. On the left side of Villa Agave you will find a lovely veranda with jacuzzi and sofas where you can admire breathtaking sunsets.

A little further down, you can have fun playing boules in the reserved field. The villa is licensed by AMA 00000206216. House maintenance is provided once a week.
