Few and simple rules of the Bed and Breakfast
• We invite our guests to turn off the lights in the room when you leave
• We recommend accompanying the closing of the door, since it does not close by itself
• The linen change, as well as the cleaning of the room, takes place on the fourth day of stay. If you wish to request daily cleaning, it can be requested from the host with a supplement of 20,00 euros
• We invite you to have respect for the furniture and furnishings that you find inside the rooms and common areas, for us they have an emotional value

Check-in and check-out
The rooms are available after 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 21:30 unless different arrangements have been made in advance. We kindly ask our guests to leave the room by 10:30 on the day of departure in order to always tidy it up in the best way.

Room cleaning and linen change
Room cleaning and linen change are provided every 4 nights. It is however possible to request linen change and extra cleaning if necessary at the additional cost of 20,00 euros.

Parking area
It is possible to park at the partner garage "Barra", located in via Arce, 2 at a cost of 15,00 euros per day.

Smoking
The rooms are non-smoking, we kindly ask you to respect the ban in respect of all and use only the designated areas for smoking (the room balcony).
