Thank you for the reservation,will be a pleasure to host you in Koh Lipe.

Our resort is situated in the middle of Pattaya Beach,just a few steps behind Family Restaurant next to Bunga Resort.We are located 100mt from the beach.The check-in time is from 2Pm till 7PM.

From May till October/November during the low season the speedboats will arrive in Sunrise beach next to the school,to reach us we suggest you to get a mototaxi,the walk distance is 20/25minutes.

We are looking forward to have you as our guest.

If you travel with children please read our children policy.One child 3-6years age stay for free if using the existing bedding.
