You have several options:

You must arrive at the public market in Santa Marta, and there ask for the Coostransoriente buses that come to Tayrona, these have a cost of $8,000 COP per person and take more or less than 1 hour to an hour and a half to reach the entrance from the hostel road. When you are at the entrance to the road, you can take a motorcycle taxi that costs $4,000 COP or you can walk for about 25 minutes to get to the hostel.
