How to get to Ca' Dalisera

Drop your car at Piazzale Roma. Once in Venice, you will have to either walk or catch water taxis or water buses (vaporetti) to get around.

Take water bus n. 1 heading to Lido and get off at San Marco Vallaresso; it’s about a 50-minute ride. If you take water bus n. 2, the ride will be about 45 minutes. On ACTV web site you can find all the information you may need. Please note that tickets are to be purchased before getting on whichever transportation means you want to use.

BY CAR

The Venice area can be easily reached by car; we would suggest you drop your car in Mestre. Heading towards Venice from Mestre, you'll cross the Ponte della Libertà bridge connecting the city to the mainland. You will have to park your car at Piazzale Roma as once in Venice you will have to either walk or take water buses (vaporetti). Use one of the paying garages (Garage San Marco, the garage of the municipality of Venice or the Tronchetto parking lot; this latter can be reached making a right turn soon after crossing the Ponte della Libertà bridge, right before getting to Piazzale Roma) of the city. But the best and truly cost-effective solution is parking your car in one of the parking lots at the entrance of the Ponte della Libertà bridge (is Mestre) or next to the Mestre train station, in which case you would then have to catch a train to Venice.

When you arrive in Venice you will have to either walk or take water buses (vaporetti). To reach the residence we suggest you to take the water-buses, the typical means of transportation of Venice. You can take the line number 1 or number 2, direction "San Marco".

You have to to get off at the boat stop named "San Marco - Vallaresso" (see map).

If you get off at Rialto (see map) the B&B is only at 5 minutes walking.

In the ACTV website you can find all useful information to organize your transports.
