The Lakkios*** is situated on the wonderful Small Port context, whence the ancient Greek name “Lakkios”, from which You can admire one of the most suggestive panoramas of Syracuse, home of the inventor and mathematician Archimede. It’s near to the Ortigia Island, the Neapolis’ Archaeological Site (Greek theatre, Roman theatre, Dionisio’s Ear), near the train and the bus station and near all the most important monuments of Syracuse, the B&B welcomes its Guests in an 19th century ancient mansion directly overlooking the sea and the Ortigia Island.

How to reach us: 1) At the exit of Catania Airport, follow the signs for Syracuse. 2) take the E45 highway to Siracusa and exit at ‘Siracusa Sud’. 3) continue to Siracusa and at the first traffic circle turn left and take Viale Paolo Orsi. 4) at the end of Viale Paolo Orsi, turn right on Corso Gelone. 5) at the end of Corso Gelone, before the traffic circle turn left on Via Agatocle until Largo Gilippo. 6) take the street in front of You Viale Regina Margherita and after finished it turn left into Via dell’Arsenale. 7) after 200m on Via dell’Arsenale look to your right and you will see a wonderful blue sea and a white “Liberty” building: You have arrived at Lakkios B&B ***
