Located in a restored building of the eighteenth century on the shores of Lake Orta, the B & B AL DOM is in the Sacred Mountain of Orta and offers free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a garden and a terrace.

The rooms have a balcony, minibar and flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries.

Every morning you can enjoy a sweet and savoury breakfast buffet, including cheese, sausage and coffee.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children in our structure. No pets are allowed inside the facility.

The B & B AL DOM is 1.5 km from Orta San Giulio Railway Station.

This area of Orta San Giulio is a favourite with our guests, according to independent reviews.

This is also the structure with the highest points for the value for money in Orta San Giulio! Compared with other structures of this city, visitors get more with less.

RULES OF THE HOUSE

The booking is considered completed only after payment of the down payment (Caparra art.1386 c.c.) by credit card. The balance must be paid in cash or credit card during your stay;

Cancellations, modifications, no show, early departures and waivers of various kinds concerning the stay are regulated according to the policies and conditions of cancellation of the structure;

On arrival, you will need to provide proof of identity and any booking coupon for recording and public security procedures.

Rooms will be available from 15:00. The customer may, however, agree with the operator of the facility for any deposit of the luggage after 12:30.

The day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am. However the property owners grant, if possible, the extra hours in the morning.

There should be an adequate silence from 22:00 to 8:00. In all other times of the day should be kept a behaviour that respects the tranquillity of all guests. 

Guest that causes disturbance or scandal in any form, they may be required to leave the facility.

The indicated price is including breakfast which will be served from 9:00 to 10:00 am or possibly in time to be agreed directly with the operator of the facility.

For reasons of hygiene, it is forbidden to bring food and eat in the room. For this use, the tables in the breakfast room are available.

Children from 0 to 16 years cannot stay in the B&B

No pets are allowed inside the facility.

NO SMOKING in all rooms and balconies of the facility, any candles or open flames are allowed.

It is forbidden to introduce tierce person in the structure, unless authorized by the owners.

Take care to turn off the lights before leaving the room.

The conduct must be of good family. Any damage, breakages, loss of objects must be replaced or paid immediately.

At the end of stay, room and entrance keys and must be returned. In case of loss there is a penalty of 50.00, each key.

The cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms will be made daily from 12:00 to 15:00, and twice a week will be replaced towels and bed linen. 

Any conditions of privacy expressed by the customer will be considered during the days devoted to cleaning. It will be our prerogative to ensure maximum hygiene in the structure.

 NB: We don’t accept any responsibility for loss, theft and damage to objects of your property left in rooms or on the terraces of the B&B. In this regard, each room comes with a safe located in the closet.
