The property is newly renovated and furnished in a modern, nordic style and designed to offer families a comfortable and pleasant stay. You can access it via a flight of stairs to the main entrance door. It is equipped with large windows to ensure maximum brightness in all spaces. The wooden floor provides excellent insulation to prevent heat loss, even on cold days.

THE KITCHEN: new and modern, suitable for extended stays. It is equipped with an extendable table, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, citrus juicer, blender, and everything you need to cook any dish.

LIVING AREA: It is equipped with a 43" Smart TV and air conditioning, and you can access it through the large door in the kitchen. You can relax in the two armchairs or directly on the sofa, which converts into a double bed if necessary.

GRAY SUITE: It is furnished in a minimalist style to ensure you get the rest you need and equipped with a soft Queen size bed that can be transformed into a comfortable single bed if needed. At the same time, the bedside tables with lights, the desk, the spacious wardrobe, the wall-mounted Smart TV, the air conditioning, and the private panoramic balcony also make it perfect for leisure moments.

LYRIC SUITE: It is functionally furnished to offer essential comforts, and it is equipped with two single beds that can be joined to make a double bed if necessary, two bedside tables, a two-door wardrobe, a desk with table lamp, storage space, wall-mounted Smart TV, air conditioning and colored LED lights.

BATHROOM: It is designed and built to provide all the essentials and use all the space available. It has a large glass shower cubicle, a towel dryer just outside, an illuminated washbasin with a photocell (to turn on the light without touching it) and convenient drawers where you will find a hair dryer and a first-aid kit, which you can also use to store your personal belongings.

LAUNDRY ROOM: A practical room for everyday needs located in the courtyard, equipped with a washing machine, a wash basin, and a clothes rack with clothes pegs that can be used as a convenient storage room for bicycles or buggies, or other bulky objects.
