Deposit: Our property is large, and we keep guest numbers intentionally small, which makes for a very special experience but also means cancellations hit us harder than they might at a larger operation. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 80% balance is due two weeks before arrival and is also non-refundable. Any unapplied payment may be used toward a future stay within one year of the original arrival date. If you need a bit more flexibility, please email us. We are often happy to hold your dates without a deposit unless another guest requests them.
Persons over 12 years old are welcome. We cannot accommodate pets. Special exceptions may be considered via email.
Beds are matrimonial and not separable into twins. We can bring in a rollaway bed if needed. Contact us via email.
