My name is Franca and I am the owner of the Agriturismo il Corniolo. The farmhouse has existed since 2003, before it was a farmhouse and a barn from the 1800s owned by my family who owned a very large farm. We have renovated it into 7 delightful apartments, a common room and a swimming pool. I have lived in the countryside since I was a child, I am used to greenery and wide spaces, clean air, silence and the background of the sounds of nature such as the singing of birds or roosters in the morning. I love the movement in the open air that work in the countryside and farm activities require. It is a wonderful experience for me to be able to meet so many people, both from Italy and from other countries, with whom to establish relationships and share experiences and life stories. I have a great passion for jams, I prepare them with our fruit (absolutely organic) and with fruit from trusted suppliers. Among the traditional flavors there are: red raspberries, white raspberries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums, figs, blackberries ... Among the particular flavors instead: pears and walnuts, plums and ginger, peaches and mint, figs and walnuts, pumpkin and oranges, kiwis and hawthorn flowers ... Another great passion of mine is cooking: I prepare excellent breakfasts with sourdough bread, cakes and croissants, all homemade.
