Ciao & Hello! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking to avoid penalties and surprises.

Reception Hours: 
Our reception is open 09:00–21:00. We do not offer 24-hour check-in. If you arrive before your bed/room is ready (generally by 14:00), you're welcome to leave bags at reception. Secure paid storage is available nearby.

Late Arrivals:
If you cannot arrive before 21:00, contact us in advance. A late check-in may be possible if a staff member is available, but it is never guaranteed and requires a €20 cash fee paid directly to the staff member. If we cannot accommodate you, you will be charged for that night. If you are booked for more than one night, you will be charged for the full amount of your stay and we will expect you the following day during reception hours. If we are unable to charge your card, your reservation will be canceled. No-shows are charged in full.

Cancellations & Changes:
Cancel or modify your reservation at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid charges. Late cancellations incur a fee of the first night. No-shows are charged the full amount. Non-refundable reservations are non-refundable under any circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, or force majeure. Payments cannot be credited to future stays and are non-transferable.

Groups & Length of Stay:
Maximum stay is 7 nights. We do not accept groups larger than 3 people. Bookings that exceed these limits will be canceled.

Payment:
Payment for reservations is due on arrival. We accept cash (euro), Visa, and Mastercard. The city tourist tax (€3,50 or €5 per person per night, depending on room type) must be paid in cash on arrival. Non-refundable reservations are charged at the time of booking. 

Preauthorization:
We reserve the right to preauthorize your credit card for the first night or the full amount prior to arrival. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will cancel your reservation.

ID & Age Requirements:
A valid passport or EU ID is required at check-in. Guests under 18 not traveling with a parent must submit a signed parental permission form before arrival. Contact us to receive the form. No guests under 12 are permitted to stay in the dorms. 
 
Beds & Bunks:
Specific bunks (top or bottom) cannot be requested or guaranteed. Your assigned bed is yours for the duration, and moving beds results in an additional charge, especially if we have not been notified.

Towels & Linens:
Dorm guests: towels are available to rent for €2. Private rooms include one large towel per person. Linens and towels in dorms and private rooms are not changed during your stay.

Damages & Keys: 
Guests are responsible for the cost of any damage caused during their stay. Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys incur a €50 fee (50% refunded if the keys are returned promptly by post or courier).

Personal Belongings: 
We provide lockers in dorms and safes in private rooms, so please use them. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Items left behind are returned exclusively through Mailboxes Etc. at the guest's expense.

Conduct, Alcohol & Substances:
We have zero tolerance for racist, misogynistic, transphobic, homophobic, or aggressive behavior. Guests who compromise the comfort or safety of others will be asked to leave without a refund. We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18. Smoking marijuana and the use of other recreational drugs are not permitted on the property.

Bicycles:
Bikes may be left in our walled garden, but are not allowed inside. We accept no responsibility for bikes stored on the property.

Pets:
Only small-sized dogs are allowed in private rooms, but must be requested in advance. Dogs are not allowed to stay in the room without the owner present. Dogs are not allowed in the dorms. If you have a larger-sized authorized guide dog (not an emotional support dog), please contact us. Cats and other animals are not allowed.
