Hello there! Just a few bits of important information you should read before making a booking with us. 

We do not have set reception hours. We'll need to know your estimated time of arrival in order to ensure that there is someone here to check you in when you arrive. WhatsApp is the best way to reach us (+39 347 118 6566 or +39 349 060 2790) and for us to be able to communicate with you. If you don't already use it, we recommend downloading it for your time in Rome. 

Personalized check-ins can take place between 08:00-22:00. For check-ins after 22:00, there is the possibility of self-check-in which would have to be arranged and payment would be required in advance. Check-out is 11:00am. We cannot currently guarantee luggage storage after check-out. When we do offer it, the cost is €2 per bag for the day.  

We open our calendar for availability/reservations 6 months prior. For example, for dates in October our calendar opens on 1 April. 

Reservations are made with a credit card number as a guarantee only. Payment is made on arrival. Pre-authorizations are sometimes made to check card validity and the availability of funds but are not charged. 

We're sorry, but we're a small hostel and cannot accept large groups. Contact us if you are unsure whether or not we could host you. 

Cancellation, Changes and No Shows: we must receive 3 days notice (not including the date of arrival) in order to cancel or change a reservation without penalty. Penalty for late cancellation or late changes is one night of your stay. No shows are charged a penalty of the full amount reserved. We really dislike charging penalties, but we will do it. Please just do us the courtesy of giving us plenty of notice.
