Hello there! Just a few bits of VERY important information you should read carefully before making a booking with us.

We do NOT have 24-hour reception. Our reception hours for check-in are 09:00-21:00. We cannot accept arrivals for check-in outside of these hours. If you tell us where you are arriving into Rome and at what time, we can let you know the best way to reach us and we'll also have a better idea of when to expect you.  Do not reserve if your train arrives after 21:00 or if your flight arrives on or after 20:00 as you will not reach us in time.

WhatsApp is the best way to reach us +39 347 118 6566 (Steve) or +39 349 060 2790 (Linda) and for us to be able to communicate with you. Messages ONLY - NO phone calls, please. If you don't already use it, we highly recommend downloading it for your time in Rome.

We do not have a luggage storage closet, but non-secure luggage storage in our reception area is available and is free for the day until 21:00. 

Reservations are made with a credit card number as a guarantee only. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the first night of a reservation to check for card validity and funds. This is a pre-authorization and not a charge. Payment is made on arrival and can be made with cash, Visa or MasterCard. Rome's city tourist tax must be paid in cash.

Age restrictions - DORM ROOMS ONLY: Minimum age 12 years old, maximum age 50 years old. No age restrictions for private rooms.

Groups: We're sorry, but we're a small hostel and do not accept large groups. Contact us if you are unsure whether or not we could host you. 

Cancellation, Changes and No Shows: we must receive 3 days notice from your date of arrival (not including the date of arrival) in order to cancel or change a reservation without penalty. Once checked in, no refunds for shortening your stay. The penalty for late cancellation or late changes is one night of your stay. No shows are charged a penalty of the full amount reserved. We really dislike charging penalties, but we will do it. Please do us the courtesy of giving us plenty of notice.
