Booking Methods and General Conditions
To book, full payment for your stay is required in advance. The meal promotion cannot be activated during your stay, but you can enjoy à la carte lunch or dinner at our Bistrot.
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer (receipt must be sent within one day by email to info@hotelvillarita.it or via WhatsApp. Failure to confirm will automatically cancel your reservation).
If you prefer to pay in cash, you can pay a 30% deposit by bank transfer and pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be eligible for a credit note equal to 100% of the amount paid, which can be used exclusively for stays at Villa Rita by the end of the 2026 season.

Structure and services
The hotel does not have a lift. Please communicate any needs regarding the floor (hall floor or ground floor) at the time of booking.
The reception is open from 7.30 to 22.30. Please note that there is no night porter but it is possible to return with the keys.

• Check-out: by 10.00
By choosing the meal promo (half board or full board) at the time of booking, you will have two courses per person of your choice from the menu of our Bistrot at a fixed price without paying the cover charge. Please report any intolerances or allergies at the time of check-in. Drinks and desserts are not included, and it is not permitted to bring in drinks from outside.
The use of the swimming pool is free for hotel guests. It is mandatory to use a swimming cap to access the pool area. Opening hours are from 9:00 to 19:00. The swimming pool closes seasonally around 10/15 October.
Parking is free for our guests, but not guarded. It is in front of the hotel, separated from the road by a private driveway that extends for about 200 meters.

Pets:
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends! Pets are allowed in our facility. It is required that animals are always kept on a leash within the common areas and that owners ensure that they do not disturb other guests.
The supplement for the stay of a pet is € 20.00 per night. We invite you to inform us of the presence of the animal at the time of booking, to guarantee adequate accommodation.

Beach and distance from the center
The main road of Paestum is 600 meters from the entrance of the hotel's private avenue; the sea is 1 km away. Please note that there is no shuttle service to the sea, but guests can take advantage of a discount at the partner beach, upon request of the coupon at the reception.

Additional notes:
Prices are subject to change during events and holidays. The tourist tax of € 4.00 per person per night is not included in the price of the overnight stay.
