Our most important informations:

To book bed and breakfast only, it is necessary to pay the amount of the first night, to join the meal promo it is necessary to pay the entire stay in advance.

All payments are non-refundable, in case of cancellation within 7 days of check in, upon request, a voucher will be issued equal to 100% of the amount spent to be used for overnight stays here at Villa Rita by the end of the 2023 working season. The voucher is transferable to third parties.

With the half board promo you have the opportunity to choose two courses from our bistro menu for a fixed price. If you have any intolerances or allergies, we kindly ask you to communicate this at check-in. Drinks are not included. It is not possible to bring drinks from outside.

The Villa is just under 1 km from the sea (the entire coast of Paestum is sandy) and does not offer beach service (nor does it offer transfers). From mid-June to mid-September it is possible to request a coupon at the reception for a discount on the rental of umbrellas and deck chairs at the bathing establishment which has an agreement with us.

We are located 600 meters from the entrance to the main road of Paestum and from the 2023 entertainment area: the Planet Arena.

The parking is free for our customers, it consists of the space in front of the hotel that branches off from the road for 200 meters via our private avenue. There is no caretaker.
Use of the swimming pool is free for hotel guests, a swimming cap must be used before diving. The opening hours are from 9.00am to 7.00pm.

We check in from 2.00pm to 7.00pm and check out must be done by 10.30am.

There is no lift, so it is necessary to indicate the need for the hall or ground floor at the time of booking.

Tourist tax: 2 euros per person per day, it is not included in the room price
