thanks for choosing our place for your stay in Rome!

Since there is no full time reception, an appointment must be made for the check-in. 
Please make sure to provide the following informations:
- your flight number and your chosen method of transportation from the airport;
- your estimated arrival time, if arriving by car. 
If you don't inform us of any delay on your scheduled arrival time, we can't guarantee our presence at the apartment and you will have to wait. This is why we strongly encourage you to communicate with us at all times using this chat, Whatsapp or our phone number (+39 3336827203). 

Please bear in mind that our check-in time window is from 12 to 21. 
It is not possible to come before 12 am to leave the luggages.

The city tax, which is shown on your booking confirmation, must be paid *exclusively* in cash on arrival, so please organize accordingly.

Towels and sheets are changed every three days.

The free breakfast included in your reservation consists of a croissant and a hot drink of your choice. Alternatively, you can also order continental breakfast at the reception, with a surcharge of 6 euros per person, which includes egg, cold cuts, toast and an orange juice.

We can provide, for an additional fee of 45 E. for one way (up to 4 passengers), the airport transfer service.
