3996 DECREE law 17/2020, of October 29, on extraordinary measures in tourism to face the effects of the health and economic crisis produced by the pandemic caused by COVID-19.

In order to access tourist accommodation establishments in the Canary Islands, it will be necessary for tourist users over six years of age, who do not come from the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands:

1) demonstrate the completion, within a maximum period of 72 hours prior to arrival, of the active infection diagnostic test established by the health authorities and that proves that the tourist user has not tested positive as a COVID-19 transmitter. 

2) that they must download and keep active during their stay on the islands, as well as the 15 days immediately after their return to their place of origin, the Radar Covid infection alert mobile application, downloadable at this link: https://administracion.gob.es/pag_Home/en/atencionCiudadana/Crisis-sanitaria-COVID-19-/App-Radar-COVID.html#.X56hRFP7Sgw

Notwithstanding the foregoing, and when the reason for denying access is to lack the aforementioned diagnostic test, you must inform about the places near the establishment where you could undergo this test, or offer this possibility in the establishment itself at the cost of the tourist user .
