Porto is the second-largest city and the capital of Northern Portugal.
We can define it as a UNESCO national treasure due to its wonderful monuments and historic buildings such as the Cathedral of Porto, Torre dos Clérigos, Palácio da Bolsa, and many others.
The city with a rich history is located where the Douro River meets the Atlantic Ocean. It also has intensively rebuilt its historic part, thanks to the restoration program, which allows investors to do so under safe conditions. Over the last few years in Porto and Lisbon, more than 30% of the old buildings have been recovered, giving them another chance.
We want our guests to be dazzled by the city and its charms. And of course, we leave you with some suggestions such as tasting Port wine, unique of its kind that can be done in the wine cellars located in the city of Vila Nova de Gaia, or visit directly the vineyards located on the slopes of the Douro at 70 km from the city.
We want to advise you to taste our fantastic gastronomy and tasting of the typical "Portuense" dish - the "Francesinha" that will positively surprise you! Believe it!.
Take a cruise along the Douro River, visit the museums, go to Foz do Douro, Matosinhos beach, and lose yourself in the city's streets. We're sure that you won't regret it and fall in love with the city's beauty!
