Masseria “Bannata” from the arabic word meaning “land kissed by the sun” is located in the Enna district. Recently, by decree n. 3597 of 17 May 2016 issued by the Regional Department of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries of the Mediterranean, the company has been classified with four “spighe”, the highest level of quality in Sicily for farms.

Recently the Masseria has received from the Ministry of Agricultural Policies an additional recognition of “Cinque girasoli” which is the highest quality level  in Italy.

The rooms are spacious with en-suite bathrooms, furnished with antiques Sicilian style pieces of furniture.

Good taste, attention to details and warm welcomes are what our guests appreciate the most of their holiday at the farm.

A spacious swimming pool surrounded by green and many shaded corners guarantee precious moments of relax.

The cuisine is inspired to the aristocratic and country tradition of the inland. The farm produces wheat, legumes, vegetables, dried fruits, olive oil and eucalyptus honey.

The farm offers its guests the opportunity to participate in various cultural activities for years linked to his name: film exhibitions, concerts, exhibitions and contemporary art events, performances of theater and dance, book presentations and meetings with characters in the world of international culture.
