Booking Confirmation Verification

Guests are responsible for carefully reviewing all the details contained in their booking confirmation, including, but not limited to, the arrival and departure dates, the number of guests, the accommodation type, and any additional services booked.

Any errors, discrepancies, or inaccuracies must be reported to the Management promptly and, in any event, prior to the arrival date, so that they may be verified and, where possible, corrected.

In the absence of such notification, the booking confirmation shall be deemed accepted as issued. The Management accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience, missed stays, arrivals on dates other than those booked, or any other issues arising from the guest's failure to verify the booking confirmation.

Arrival time: Starting from 2:00 pm - Up to 11:00 pm.
Check-out before: Up to 10.00.
