The Domaine de Bagard is the legacy of a former convent which then became a silkworm farm (silkworm breeding) in the 18th century and then an agricultural operation . It extends over 11 hectares, on the side of a scrubland hill, typical of the Cévennes foothills. In the middle of the Estate flows a natural spring (a true Vauclusian type resurgence) and below the Vidourle river. In this setting of old stones and nature, 21 authentic gîtes and sometimes very picturesque are waiting for you.

Staying at Domaine de Bagard means living like a small village, at the same time peaceful, authentic, rejuvenating and where the key word is conviviality.

To enhance your stay, two swimming pools are at your disposal from May to September (including one for children only in July and august), a sports hall, a pétanque court, volleyball, football / basketball, a ping pong table.  2 washing machines and a tumble dryer are also available : 5€ for washing, 3€ for drying, 1€ for the dose of Laundry token (on sale at the Guinguette)

Every Sunday evening in July-August, a pizza truck will visit us at the Domaine! Every tuesday enjoy burgers with another food truck.

The '"guinguette" is the ideal place to spend real moments of conviviality between guests , next to the swimming pools, under the trees, around an aperitif board and a drink. You can organize your grill party there thanks to the BBQ at your disposal. Drinks, on the other hand, must be ordered exclusively at the bar.

For your peace of mind, we have equipped the entire swimming pool and Guinguette area with formidable machines that capture mosquitoes surroundings.
The Free WiFi is accessible outside the gîtes, at the swimming pool, games room and at the tavern.
Due to the thickness of the walls (sometimes 1 meter!), it is unfortunately not guaranteed inside the gîtes. Maybe it's a good time to get off your smartphone ;-)

NEW SUMMER 2024: a charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal in our car park, behind the Guinguette (Chargemap network, 22kW).
