Thank you for your reservation at Hôtel Aurocher Oukaïmeden. Here is some useful information to help you prepare for your stay.

Your room will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival, and must be vacated before 11:30 AM on the day of departure. Reception is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM — for a later arrival, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements. Breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM, and the restaurant is open at lunch and dinner: please book your dinner in advance, especially in high season. All rooms are non-smoking; the terrace is available for smoking breaks. The swimming pool is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, accessible to children accompanied by an adult. From 10:00 PM, the peace of the house is preserved for everyone's comfort.

For exploration: hiking from the hotel, ascent of Mount Toubkal, walks in the Ourika valley and skiing at Oukaïmeden in winter — our team will guide you towards the best options upon your arrival. Good to know before you leave: nights are cool at altitude (rooms are heated, but we recommend bringing warm clothes for evening walks), parking is free on site and WiFi is available in the common areas. For pets, please contact us in advance — each request is considered individually.

For your peace of mind, we invite you to keep your valuables in a safe place and to lock your room when you are away; the establishment cannot be held responsible in case of loss or theft of personal belongings. Children remain entirely under the responsibility of their parents or accompanying adults throughout the stay.
