FIXIE is a restored 1500's villa, featured on design magazines as AD and Cn Traveller. With pool and gardens, it makes a small oasis inside the historic district of Santo Domingo.

Book the entire villa or lofts. Our lofts, featuring high ceilings and large windows, offer more space than hotels. Our total privacy makes you will feel in a private villa.

The pool sits below original arches (shared). It is a unique experience.

Guests love to sit around our cacti filled, minimalist garden. It is easy to spot parrots flying over.

All guests praise our location. Truly central, next to main landmarks and restaurants. The building is part of the oldest Hospital in the Americas, and UNESCO Site.

We are located on "Zona Colonial" of Santo Domingo. It is the historic and cultural walkable centre, where monuments are found.

Las Americas AIRPORT (SDQ) is just 30 minutes away. Regular taxis and UBER are available. We can send you a pick up transfer as well.

Reference to reach our building: it is a two stories house with French verandas. The only one painted blue with white doors.

You don't need a car as you can walk everywhere. If you need to park, there's a parking 2 min. away, called "Banreservas".
