We have converted a 17th century farmhouse into a beautiful villa (10 people) and two smaller apartments (4+4 people). The villa and the 2 apartments are surrounded by a large estate which has acres of splendid hazelnuts, immersed in the greenery, yet not far from Rome and Viterbo.

Guests have access to a big swimming pool  (6mt x 12mt)  and furnished outdoor spaces

The structure can be rented only in its entirety and, during the stay, it is for exclusive use.

Ground floor:
    •    Big dining room for 18 people with fireplace and TV
    •    open kitchen (main kitchen of the structure equipped for 18 people, with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine)
    •    living room with sofas, fireplace and 55'' smart TV
    •    additional (smaller) kitchen
    •    2 toilets

First floor divided into two different areas (access by separate stairs):
    •    Sleeping area 1: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with tub/shower)
    •    Sleeping area 2: 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with shower and bathtub)

Outdoor space: 
    •    2 patios equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, one of which with a big dining table  for 18 people

DEPENDANCE "Fienile": 4 sleeps

Ground floor: open space with kitchenette, table, sofa, TV

First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with bunk beds), 1 bathroom (with tub/shower)

DEPENDANCE “Casa colonica”: 4 sleeps

First floor (access from an external staircase): open space with kitchenette, table, sofa, TV;  2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 with bunk beds) , 1 bathroom (with shower)

Our guests have exclusive access to the villa and the surrounding garden. The following are available:

    •    Swimming pool (12 mt x 6 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds (the pool is open from 1 May to 30 Sep)
    •    Big private garden with outdoor furniture
    •    Wi-fi in the living room and in the pool
    •    Barbeque
    •    Charching point for electric cars (extra charge)
    •    Washing machine
    •    Big parking

No parties (unless previously agreed)

The house is surrounded by farmland: it is possible that the farmers will work in the hazelnut grove during your stay. We will make sure to warn you in advance to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you

It is possible that the gardener will access your garden to take care of the plants/ trees during your stay. We will make sure to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you
