Our Bed and Breakfast is in an optimal position for a complete and comfortable visit of our entire territory, while being immersed in about 20 hectares of nature and tranquility. Taking the A7 Milan-Genoa highway, exit at Serravalle Scrivia, at the roundabout near the toll booth take the second exit towards Novi Ligure, at the next four roundabouts continue straight towards Novi Ligure, after the fourth and last roundabout take the second road on the left (you will find our sign), at the end of the climb keep left, after 100 meters on the right you will find the entrance to Podere Demetra.
