Villa Elaia is an elegant residence divided into eight finely furnished apartments, equipped with every comfort—an ideal retreat for a stay dedicated to relaxation and elegance. Nestled in a private and peaceful location, it allows guests to reach both the town center and the sea on foot in just 500 meters.

Surrounded by a charming garden immersed in Mediterranean greenery, Villa Elaia offers an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. The panoramic swimming pool, reserved exclusively for guests, boasts a spectacular sea view, while the outdoor spaces, furnished with tables, chairs, umbrellas, and sun loungers, are perfect for enjoying moments of serenity in the open air.

To ensure maximum comfort, the villa also features a private parking area reserved for guests. The garden includes a dedicated play area with a swing and slide for children’s enjoyment. Pets are welcome upon prior notice. Smoking is permitted only on the terraces and in the apartment gardens.

Our apartments are named after different varieties of olives, a symbol of a unique food and wine heritage. In the Mediterranean area, the olive is not only a precious food but also the origin of extra virgin olive oil, an Italian excellence appreciated everywhere for its quality and authenticity. Each variety of olive has unique taste and aroma characteristics, giving rise to an incredible diversity of products that makes our tradition unparalleled.
