We thank you for choosing to book at our property. To ensure that your stay is exceptional and in line with your expectations, we wish to provide you with some useful information regarding our property.

Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is carried out in person, so we ask you to communicate your estimated arrival time in advance to avoid unpleasant waits (we do not have a 24h reception); furthermore, we remind you that check-ins start from 14:00. Any early entries can only be confirmed 24 hours before the booking date. Check-in is free until 19:00. From 19:00 to 24:00 a supplement of 30 euros will be applied, and 40 euros after 24:00. Check-out is strictly fixed for 10:00.

Parking: The property has two covered and guarded parking spaces in a parking lot 200 metres away. Parking is for a fee and its cost is 30 euros per day, excluding special dates (e.g., New Year's Eve). To use the parking space, RESERVATION is essential, after which the necessary instructions will be provided.

Breakfast: All our rates include breakfast, which is served as a buffet from 07:30 to 10:30. It is also possible to choose one pastry item from:

• Cornetto (empty/cream/jam/chocolate)

• Brioche

• Sogliatella

The choice must be received at the time of check-in or via WhatsApp by 16:00; alternatively, an empty cornetto will be served. 

With a surcharge of €10 per day, it is possible to enjoy a continental breakfast at Hachè, a partner property facing the sea, just a few steps away.
