Fanesia Co-living is located in the heart of the village of Fano Adriano, surrounded by the woods of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park—an ideal starting point for mountain trails, spectacular views, and slow, authentic travel.

The property is managed by Fanesia, a community cooperative: a project created with and for the local area, involving local people and generating jobs and services for the community. Here you will find a simple, young, and caring welcome—we put dedication and passion into what we do every day, and we are always available to help you before arrival and during your stay.

The building is fully accessible thanks to the elevator. The first floor is dedicated to guest rooms; all rooms include a private bathroom, a desk, and a wardrobe, and are designed both for leisure travelers and for those who need a quiet place to work. On the second floor—also reachable by elevator—you will find the “Luigi Riccioni” Hall with free co-working desks, a meeting room, and a self-service breakfast area available 24/7.

To complete the experience, there are also outdoor sports courts (tennis and volleyball) and, during the summer, an outdoor bar is set up—perfect for relaxing after a day in nature.

We operate a remote reception: there is no permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable to assist you before arrival and throughout your stay.

Upon request, you can join guided hikes, nature experiences, and workshops (traditional local cooking, crafts, and more). We recommend contacting us in advance to check availability and prices.

Pets are welcome in our co-living (maximum two per room). We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the room, that they are taken outside for bathroom breaks, and that spaces are kept clean and tidy. Any pet fee is per night and per pet: please let us know if you are traveling with more than one pet.
