The Casa Zaymi HAVANA VIEJA is located in the heart of Havana, just 200 meters from the Central Park (an almost obligatory square of passage for everyone, a true meeting point and "zero" ground from which the life and activity in Havana). Perfect location to go out and explore the whole city on foot (Old Havana and Centro Habana, the port, the museums, the tourist streets, the typical places, …). At the distance of a short walk, you will reach the luxurious Manzana Kempinski hotel, the iconic Bar Restaurant "El Floridita", the restaurant-bar "La Bodeguita del Medio" (the mythical cradle of the mojito, where so many personalities left their signatures ). We are surrounded by museums of colonial, universal and contemporary art, rides in vintage convertible cars and -to round off a beautiful day- restaurants and cafeterias serving national, international and even oriental food... Accommodation
It dates from the 19th century (year 1890). Building with a strong Spanish flavor, which retains its leprechaun despite the fact that it is already 132 years old. It has undergone a strong reconstruction, respecting the colonial architecture of its time, arches and colorful stained glass windows that occupy a place of honor in the accommodation. After its remodeling, in 2018, it was proposed for a restoration award under the patronage of the Historian's Office. It has very interesting period furniture that is intelligently combined with the modernizations that it now has.
From the terrace you can observe all the movement and daily life of Havana, a city that never sleeps.

Charming House
Due to the beauty and fine sensitivity with which it was rehabilitated, this hostel has been declared a CASA CON ENCANTO (HOUSE WITH CHARM) by the online booking agency MaxiCuba.

The room
A single room is rented, which guarantees maximum freedom of movement, tranquility, privacy and complete security. You will only share the common areas with the family and no other guest will disturb your freedom. The room has a double bed, private bathroom and air conditioning.
