AlMa Maris is a penthouse renovated in 2024 with a bedroom, outdoor and indoor kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace overlooking the sea.

The internal surface is approximately 40 m2 to which a further 40 m2 of terrace is added. The attic is located on the third floor, without a lift, of an ancient building once part of a minaret which has now become a church. The focal point of the house is the terrace, from which you can enjoy a splendid 360 degree view of Ortigia, the sea and the Temple of Apollo, one of the oldest temples of Magna Graecia dating back to the 6th century AD

The terrace, positioned much higher than the neighboring properties, allows you to enjoy large spaces and privacy. It can be used as a solarium thanks to the external furnishings. 

We are located in the historic center of Ortigia, not far from the bridges that connect it to Syracuse. Via Dione 71 has the peculiarity of being close to the famous and unique Temple of Apollo, offering an ideal location for visiting the whole island on foot.
