Thank you for Choosing to stay with us at the  Berberlodge, we are pleased to confirm your reservation.

General Information:

Childrens: Are accepted from 5 years old in the Deluxe and Family room only.  For teenagers up to 12 years old they are accepted in any rooms.  Be only aware its a little quiet hotel and to respect the others guests. 

Meals:   I would like to let  you know that we  serve a set menu that changes every day. The kitchen is partly supplied with fresh products from our garden.

We require our guests’s preferences, intolerances and allergies before their arrival if there is any. You are always expected for diners (so you can cancel and lt us know), you ll be asked after breakfast for the lunch. 

Lunch is at 30€ (300 MAD) and dinner at 30€ (300 MAD), snacks & sandwiches are possible to be served. Lighter lunches with for example only salads or dessert is same price (300 MAD). 

15€ (150 MAD) per meal for children between 5 and 10. 

Time for the meals:

Breakfast between 8 and 10H30 AM, Lunch from 12H30 to 2 PM, Diner from 7.30 to 10.00 PM

Wifi:

Because of our situation,we only have wifi at the reception and lounging areas. 

Transport :  To facilitate you arrival and departure, we recommend a transport service with an independent transport company as we are difficult to find, the journey take 25 to 30 minutes from airport or Marrakech city.

Prices are: 30€ (300 MAD) up to 3 people 100 MAD on every extra passanger, one way pick up from the Airport or Marrakech city and same price from the return, to use this service we need your flight details in advance or your address in Marrakech.

If you arrange your own transport plz let the driver call us beforehand.

In case you have a car we send you the road itinerary.

NB: It’s possible to settle your transport expanses with us, 30% is added however.

Fast-track  is at 750 dirhams (75€)

Guests benefit from a 07% discount on their room total rate in case of cash payment.

PAYMENT:

 Credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro. 4% is added on American Express.

Taxes: 3 euros per day per person (not the children) for local tourist tax.

The VAT is included.
