The villa is right on the seafront, adjoined with a lovely secluded beach. The top deck for sunset drinks and barbecue dinner enjoys a magnificent view of various islands on both sides of the villa. The Baan Khunying Villa ’s new exciting with newly renovated with an incredible view of the sea and the islands and 2 accessible secluded beaches in front and next to the villa. Our 3 bedrooms are fully air conditioned with 3 bathrooms. There are front terrace, TV room and the kitchen dining room are equipped with 2 ceiling fans each.

Bedroom One is a spacious room in the traditional Thai style with a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, a large open bathroom, a desk, balcony, ocean-view and a strong WIFI connection.

RATES CONDITION and BEDDING ARRANGMENT
Our best available prices are based on occupancy level which can be accommodated for 9 people maximum.
• Booking for 1-2 persons, you will have access to the entire villa with 1 bedroom.
• Booking for 3-4 persons, you will have access to the entire villa with 2 bedrooms.
• Booking for 5-6 persons, you will have access to the entire villa with 3 bedrooms.
• Booking for 7-9 persons, you will have access to the entire villa with 3 bedrooms and each with an extra bed.
If you prefer separate bedrooms:
• For 2 persons, please book at the 3–4 persons.
• For 3 persons, please book at the 5–6 persons.
***Children aged 0-9 stay free in the parents' room. If they need a separate bedroom, please book as per the condition above.                                                      For children aged 10 and older, the adult rate applies.

We will not book the other bedroom (if available) to any other parties. Rest assured, the entire villa will be private for your stay.
Please note that if there is additional person or addition room required during your stay, the additional charge will be applied.

Child and Divan bed policy

•    Only 1 divan bed is allowed for each 3 bedroom.
•    The surcharge for the divan bed is 1,000 Baht per night (this charge is already reflected in the displayed rate when you search rates for 7-9 guests).
•    The divan bed need to be booked in advance at the time of booking.
•    Children 10 years will be considered as an adult. 
•    Children 0-9 years (only 1 child per room) can stay for free on an extra divan-bed in their parents' room.
•    There are 3 cots available for infant up to 2 years with free of charge.
•    If there is child below 10 years in your reservation, please mention child age and number of child in below "SPECIAL REQUETS" box.
