Deposit and Balance

To confirm your reservation, a 30% deposit is required via Nexi Pay-by-Link (a link will be sent to you for direct payment without physical presence).
Alternatively, you may provide a credit card number and expiration date for the payment to be processed, or use a bank transfer (checks are not accepted).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or modifications made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date incur no charges.
Cancellations or modifications made within 29 days of the scheduled arrival date or in the event of no-show will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.

Non-refundable rates are charged at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
