The apartment's entrance leads directly into the cozy eat-in kitchen, equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV, dining table, and a functional kitchenette. From here, you enter the bedroom with a double bed and then the modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating.

The spacious roof terrace—furnished with sun loungers, a bistro table, and a large dining table—is accessible directly from the living room.
