The Esmeralda Apartment OLD HAVANA is especially well located. Next to the National Museum of Fine Arts and a very short distance from the Presidential Palace (current Museum of the Revolution). It is perfect to enjoy Havana on foot. Walking between 100 and 600 m, you can reach many points of interest, such as the Capitol, the charismatic Hotel Gran Manzana (with its spectacular panoramic terrace), the Alicia Alonso Theater, bars, squares and restaurants (such as Floridita, Sloppy Joe's Bar-Habana, the Bodeguita del Medio or La Casa del Son). If you like the night and want to go out dancing, several famous venues are very close. In addition, the area is full of cafeterias and the Panoramic Bus stop (which runs through the old and modern city) and the bus that goes to the Playas del Este are very close. On the other hand, you can walk along the beautiful Paseo del Prado and the Malecón Habanero. All of Havana at your fingertips.

Building
Built in the "capitalist era" (in 1940), it is made up of 8 apartments, two of them inhabited by families that have always lived there. Very quiet neighborhood. The façade is characterized by its interior balconies and the apartments enjoy great clarity that penetrates through its different windows.

Apartment
It consists of a dining room, equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom (with a double bed), a bathroom and 2 balconies. If needed, we add an extra bed for a third person. In the living room the sofa can also be used as another single bed. There is air conditioning, 110V and 220V electricity, hair dryer, and flat screen TV.

Breakfast
You can have breakfast in the apartment requesting the service as an extra. The truth is that it is a good breakfast, complete and natural (as far as is reasonable, industrial products are avoided). Continental type breakfast. We recommend that you book together with the accommodation.
